Trying to adopt a legal/tax status for our activities, we chose the social cooperative legal shape that enables the creation of groups of producers, consumers etc. Our thinking was probably naive or romantic since the state right after the adoption of the law, decided to deal with the social coopertives like any other bussiness in terms of taxation by applying late vocation etc. So propably we should have ffunctioned as a club. For now we are a social ooperative and we are
trying to allign with the third article of our statute, which is shown below.
