Let's meet for a weekend of flexible, self-guided learning, in a context that encourages authentic expression, honest and non-violent communication and cultivates deep human relationships.
An experiential workshop around alternative forms and perspectives on the subject of education. In an era where the world is changing rapidly and humanity is called upon to redefine itself, the chapter "Education" and the countless questions that arise in relation to it, is certainly pivotal to its form and evolution. Ultimately, do people thirst for knowledge or should it be imposed on them by force?
A few words about Agile Learning:
Agile Learning ensures that the development of a child, a person, is seamless, both on a cognitive and emotional/psychological level. Instead of imposing a specific subject or framework, it provides children with the freedom to shape their own learning journey, according to their needs and interests. At the same time, it supports harmonious coexistence and taking responsibility. Its tools (agile tools) come from companies in Silicon Valley and aim to improve efficiency. Due to their simplicity and immediacy, they are used in agile learning with the aim of providing feedback on the learning and symbiotic process.
Who is it aimed at:
Educators, parents, children and adolescents, but also anyone interested in symbiotic and creative improvisations.
What to bring with you:
The willingness to share what you know.
The openness to learn something new.
Facilitator: Andreas Papachristou
Andreas is a member of the KoinSEp Stagones and co-founder of the Hara-Goe project. Since childhood, he has had the feeling that "we are probably doing things wrong" and wants to contribute to changing the course. He encountered agile learning 10 years ago when Stagones hosted the first Agile Learning Training in Europe - and since then he has been using its tools in everything he does. He lives and works in North Evia and elsewhere. More information here.
